This page describes exactly what this website collects, why, and how to have it removed. It covers the website only.
What we collect
Nothing at all unless you send it to us. The website has three forms — the enquiry form, the careers application form, and the comment form on a blog post. When you submit one, we store the fields you filled in:
- Enquiry form — your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, location, state, what your enquiry is about, and your message. We also record which page you sent it from.
- Careers application — your name, email address, phone number, the position you are applying for, and what you tell us about yourself.
- Blog comments — your name, your email address and your comment. Your email address is never published; only your name and comment appear, and only after we have approved them.
Why we collect it
To reply to you. A submission is saved to our own database and emailed to our sales address so that it cannot be lost in transit. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone outside the company.
Spam protection
The enquiry and application forms ask you to answer a simple sum before they send. The check runs entirely on our own server; nothing about it is shared with anyone else.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If website analytics are switched on, they are used only to count visits and see which pages are read; any embedded YouTube video sets its own cookies when it loads.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and applications are kept for as long as they are useful to the business and then deleted.
Having your details removed
